You don’t have to process card details as PayU uses tokenised cards
Your customer experience is simplified as all subsequent transactions do not require a sign in
Your customer has the freedom to transact at their convenience
Your customer will select card or MPESA payments at the checkout on the redirect payment page on your website. They will then enter their card details and click “Save and pay.” The payment is then processed and proceeds through to 3D Secure (this only happens once for the first transaction)
The next time the same customer is at checkout their stored card will already be displayed. Your customer then only has to select Pay and the transaction is processed. No CVV and 3D Secure are needed.
